Seventeen rooms, 401 to 417, wrapped around a full-height atrium, with reception set into its east side and lounge seating on the atrium floor.
The reception. A fluted chalk-over-terracotta wall down the left, teal armchairs facing the desk across green marble.
The back wall cut as a landscape: blush over terracotta, split by a lit wavy horizon, the name in copper script above three stars.
The desk: white marble with a fluted top rail, a green marble block set into the front, lit from underneath.
The standard room. A sage channel-tufted headboard the full width of the wall, sliced timber discs above, brass swing-arm lamps for bedsides.
The same room towards the window: layered curtains, a luggage stool, and the television on a fabric panel over a slatted bench.
Looking back at the door. The armchair takes the corner the wardrobe leaves over; timber, cream and coral throughout.
The deluxe room, entered down a corridor of joinery: wardrobe and safe one side, minibar the other. The bedroom appears only at the end.
Veneer panelling floor to ceiling with a band of floral brocade. The base is set back and lit from below, so the bed floats.
Room 416, elevation B: the bed panel at 2,930 x 2,176mm, Greenlam over 25mm ply, with three fabrics set out at the foot of the sheet for choosing.
The panel opposite: upholstered linen above a fluted timber band and cove light, an open shelf, drawers under.
The tea counter. Granite over timber, a perforated door to the fridge, and beside it a slatted bench with a warm-lit shoe niche.
Room 416, elevation C. Snacks, tea shelf, drawer and fridge stack into 750mm; the luggage rack beside it is 922mm, with a lit shoe shelf beneath.
The premium room goes colder: deep green velvet, cream and black, a plank floor. A backlit fluted panel above the bed carries four painted face plates.
The real difference is the plan. A timber partition splits the room, bed one side, study the other, its outer face carrying a red ikat panel.
The television on a grasscloth panel that doubles as the partition. Beyond it, the floor the partition frees up makes a sitting corner.
From the far side of the bed: the whole service wall — snacks, books, fridge, niche, screen — reading as one run of joinery.
